A new peek into the online retailing world

Nielsen/NetRatings’ deep new data about online retailing

Nielsen/NetRatings unveiled some new data measurements in April, reporting such hitherto not publicly available data about average order size by category, conversion rates at select retailers and number of visitors and purchases at a number of retailers broken down by category. Nielsen/NetRatings` MegaView Online Retail report measures at-work and at-home Internet usage. Its first measurements were in February. Here`s what it shows:
