The webinar, Satisfying the Surgical Shopper: Best Practices and Technologies for Selling Online, will take place Jan. 28 at 2 p.m. Eastern time. It will feature leading consultant Lauren Freedman, president of The E-Tailing Group, Internet Retailer editor Kurt Peters and Andre Pino, senior vice president of iPhrase Technologies, who will discuss what motivates the directed web shopper and how to meet her needs. The webinar will also provide specific examples of retailers’ approaches to online selling and detail why they have been successful.
