DealTime says Epinions` content will broaden the information available for shoppers at its sites and expects the additional information to increase conversion rates for merchants dong business with DealTime. DealTime will continue to operate the DealTime.com and Epinions.com web sites.

"Epinions` robust database of consumer reviews and ratings helps millions of shoppers make smarter buying decisions, resulting in the highest quality referrals for merchants."
Nirav Tolia, co-founder and CEO of Epinions, will become chief operating officer of DealTime.
