Ken Pink has joined Tomax Corp. as vice president of solutions development. Pink had been vice president of information services, CIO and a member of the board at Salt Lake City-based Harmons Supermarkets, a Tomax customer.
Tomax is a provider of web-based retail operations management software. Pink will be responsible for developing the Tomax Retail.net Customer Management and Transaction Management applications, which offer chain retailers the ability to gather and manipulate store level data, including point of sale, back office, inventory management and pricing information, through thin-client POS terminals linked to a store server.Pink previously was software development manager at grocery distributors Fleming Cos. Inc.
