Smith & Hawken gets a new fulfillment and call center support provider

Smith & Hawken, retailer of gardening products and outdoor home accessories, has chosen Atlanta-based Innotrac Corp. for fulfillment and call center support for its retail, catalog and on-line stores.

Smith & Hawken, retailer of gardening products and outdoor home accessories, has chosen Atlanta-based Innotrac Corp. for fulfillment and call center support for Smith & Hawken`s retail, catalog and on-line stores.

Just in time to serve the new Smith & Hawken account, Innotrac is completing a 300,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Hebron, KY, a suburb of Cincinnati. The facility will open next month.

"We began an extensive search for a fulfillment and call center provider with high accuracy rates and a commitment to excellence; a company that would become an extension of Smith & Hawken and provide our customers with the same high level of service that we provide. We also needed a centralized facility, one that would easily accommodate our national sales base and support our sizable growth rate," stated Barry Gilbert, Chief Executive Officer of Smith & Hawken.

Smith & Hawken operates 47 retail locations throughout the U.S. in addition to its catalog and on-line retail store. Smith & Hawken also is now selling products in department stores, including at 20 Saks stores nationwide.

Innotrac operates fulfillment and call centers in Atlanta, Reno, NV, Pueblo, CO, and Chicago.
