E-marketing firm Coolsavings.com has added a service that allows retailers to survey customers and generate targeted marketing deals.
Coolsaving.com Inc., an e-marketing company that delivers targeted advertising and promotional incentives for online and offline retailers, has added Select Response Surveys to its list of marketing services. Select Response Surveys, which can be delivered through Coolsavings Category Newsletters, targeted e-mail or the coolsavings.com web site, give advertisers a quick, cost-efficient vehicle to ask consumers specific questions and micro-target customized e-mail offers based on each consumer’s answers. Coolsavings clients that tested the micro-targeting approach report a 174% lift in response rates. The company did not provide details on who tested the service.
