Tower says the TeaLeaf technology will allow it to identify and solve site errors, gauge the success of key designs and promotions, and analyze customer preferences and behaviors.

Tower says that with proactive real-time alerts featured in TeaCommerce 2.0, Tower can rapidly identify problems that otherwise could take months to surface.
