LLBean.com and JCPenney.com ranked second and third, respectively in customer confidence. Rei.com and Nordstrom took second and third, respectively in onsite resources, while Spiegel.com got third in relationship services.
Gomez applauded EddieBauer.com for its new tool that suggests outfits for men or women. Gomez also said the site stands out because shoppers can view clothing in all the colors available or on or off models.
