The search giant today rolled out new ways for marketers to understand the in-store impact of their ads.
Wizmo Inc. announced today a reseller agreement with Talisma Corp., full-service providers of customer relationship management solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Wizmo Professional Services will market the entire line of Talisma products and services, designed to manage customer Web site interactions for companies of any size. "This agreement gives us the opportunity to work with a leading provider of eCRM solutions," said Tim Morin, chairman of Wizmo. "Customer relationship management is a critical part of e-business as companies struggle with both expanding customer bases and greater numbers of customer transactions. Talisma's product line complements the existing Wizmo e-business package and allows us to offer the most integrated application possible." Established in 1993, Wizmo provides e-business consulting, development and management services to help small- and mid-sized businesses in the online business environment. Wizmo uses ASP technology to serve up a virtual work environment, which is a complete suite of applications.
