Net.B@nk is expanding its Web-based loan center with a new low-rate, e.card-enabled Visa credit card through a marketing agreement the bank has signed with First USA. Beginning today, customers can apply online for a Net.B@nk-branded Platinum Visa credit card that will refund the cardholder 5% on purchases made at online retailers such as Amazon.com, CDnow.com, eToys.com, reel.com and SharperImage.com. The Net.B@nk Platinum Visa offers cardholders a low introductory interest rate and thereafter, cardholders will continue to save with a low fixed APR with no annual fee, says the Atlanta-based financial institution. Cardholders can view their accounts and transaction history and make credit card payments online, and customer service will be provided 24 x 7. The Net.B@nk Platinum Visa card also features a 60-second approval process when applicants apply directly through the Net.B@nk/First USA link, the firms say.
