Personal account aggregation and transaction services enabler VerticalOne Corp., has joined with its parent company, S1 Corp., for a Reseller Distribution Agreement with Fiserv. VerticalOne's package of personal account aggregation programs will be made available to the more than 10,000 financial institutions serviced by Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv. Also, VerticalOne has announced that it has migrated its operations into S1's Norcross, Ga., data center. Through partnerships with leading destination sites, financial institutions and wireless providers, VerticalOne offers users "one-stop" access to their personal accounts, including investments, credit card statements, bank statements, bills and insurance, as well as travel and hotel rewards programs. The service enables users to go to a VerticalOne partner site and enter one user name and password to access all of their online accounts. Atlanta-based VerticalOne has deployed 18 sites, it says, with more than $850 million in accounts being tracked. Leslie M. Muma, Fiserv Chairman, President and CEO, says the deal will enable Fiserv financial institution clients to gain a larger share of their customers' attention. The company will offer a portal solution that can be branded by the financial institution. Fiserv will further expand the offering with ISP services, enabling financial institutions to offer their customers Internet connections that launch directly to their branded portal site.
