Under the terms of the deal, Fashionmall.com will be accessible throughout AltaVista Shopping by combining advertising and tenancy, which is set to begin before the Thanksgiving day launch of the holiday shopping season.

Outletmall.com offers name brand designer merchandise at discounts of 25% to 75% off retail prices, the company says. Fashionmall.com Inc. also contracts for the distribution for its site, merchandise or content with major Internet portals including Excite, Yahoo, MSN, Amazon.com and AOL.
