Shopping Mall Online Inc. has activated its beta site, www.shoppingmallonline.com. Everson, Wash.-based SMO, a subsidiary of Enter Tech Corp., plans to launch the official site soon, it says. The site is expected to offer customers the opportunity to shop at affiliate sites such as The Gap.com, Petopia.com and Esprit.com.
Customers may also search for sales locally or nationally and find any mall in America. Customers will be able to sign up now for Mallclixs points that reward consumers for shopping at SMO and redeem those points for merchandise when the official site is launched. Eventually, consumers will be able to shop their local mall online and have the option of having the merchandise delivered or have it ready for pickup at the mall itself, the company says.
