Many retailers are still not taking advantage of the shopping potential offered by mobile devices and tablets, or are providing mobile experiences that fall below consumers’ expectations.
To help retailers understand this challenge, UserZoom conducted a usability study with 200 female smartphone and tablet shoppers, asking them to complete several tasks on top apparel sites using their mobile devices.
