New e-commerce platform will enable the Italian retailer of mother and baby products and services to create an integrated cross-channel experience for its customers
LONDON, Jun 29, 2009-- ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc., NASDAQ: ARTG), the premier provider of e-commerce solutions, today announced that Prénatal SpA in Italy will be deploying their new e-commerce Web site using the ATG Commerce Suite, purchased by Artsana Group, owner of Prénatal.
The ATG solution will enable Prénatal to offer a personalised experience and better engage new customers, by integrating new channels, creating customer segments, understanding the unique needs of each segment, presenting the right products to the right customer, and ensuring a consistent shopping and buying experience that integrates every interaction channel. Prénatal will use the complete ATG Commerce Suite, including capabilities for personalised merchandising, commerce search, marketing campaign management, multivariate testing, and contact centre-based customer service.
While this implementation starts with Prénatal, the company has a longer term vision to expand its ATG implementation across the entire Artsana Group.
