GSI Commerce and Bath and Body Works Extend E-Commerce Agreement to 2015

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., and NEW ALBANY, Ohio, May 4, 2009 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), a leading provider of e-commerce and multichannel solutions, today announced a multiyear extension of its e-commerce agreement with Bath & Body Works, a division of Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD). Under the agreement, which runs to 2015, GSI will continue to provide Bath & Body Works’ online store (www.bathandbodyworks.com) with e-commerce technology and fulfillment services.
