Montreal, Canada - March 23, 2009 - iCongo, Inc., the leading provider of e-commerce and cross-channel systems, today announced the appointment of Randolph “Randy” Chambers to Chief Financial Officer. Chambers joins iCongo with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience and success in the software industry. In his new role, Chambers will oversee iCongo’s strategic financial and administrative functions of the company.

As chief financial officer, Chambers will oversee iCongo’s internal and external financial reporting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance, administrative operations as well as financing and monitoring the company’s strategic plan. Additionally Chambers will lead the teams responsible for iCongo’s accounting functions, human resources and administrative services.

Prior to joining iCongo, Chambers served as Senior Director of Finance at Oracle Corporation. Additionally, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Speedware Corporation and United Tri-Tech Corporation. Chambers received a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Concordia University and holds CMA designation.
