Online Shoppers Spent Over 4 Million Minutes Viewing SellPoint Active Product Tours in December

SellPoint Adds Office Products Manufacturer Brother to Client Roster

PLEASANTON, Calif., February 12, 2008 – SellPoint, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand video product tours, announced today that online shoppers spent 4.2 million minutes viewing SellPoint Active Product Tours in December, with cybershoppers spending an average of more than 2.9 minutes viewing each tour. In total, SellPoint Active Product Tours were viewed by online shoppers for more than 37 million minutes in 2007.

The 2007 holiday shopping season was record-breaking for SellPoint clients, with Thanksgiving and Black Friday seeing the two biggest days for online shoppers viewing SellPoint Active Product Tours of their products. Over 100,000 shoppers viewed SellPoint tours each day and consumed 515,000 minutes of view time during these two key shopping days. These new findings represent a 30 percent increase over the 2006 holiday activity. Cyber-Monday was also very active, with roughly 90,000 shoppers viewing the tours for a total of about 216,000 minutes of view time.

With online product tours gaining in popularity, more consumer goods manufacturers are turning to SellPoint to ensure that valuable product information is available to shoppers at all online points of sale. SellPoint has added Brother International Corporation to its client roster and new tours for Brother® printers and all-in-ones (printer, fax machine, scanners, copier) are now up and running at all online points of sale for those products. A Coremetrics study announced in November measured a 35 percent increase in the sales conversion rate among shoppers who viewed SellPoint’s Active Product Tours vs. those who did not. In addition, shoppers viewing the product tours spend more than 2.5 minutes engaged in detailed product information about each product viewed.
