Dockers® Online Store Goes Live With E-Commerce Solution from GSI Commerce

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., June 29, 2006 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC) today announced that the Dockers® brand recently launched its Web store (http://www.dockersstore.com/home/index.jsp) for U.S.-based shoppers using an e-commerce solution provided by GSI Commerce.

Dockers® is the second Levi Strauss & Co. brand to enter into an agreement with GSI Commerce for e-commerce services. In September 2005, GSI Commerce launched www.levisstore.com on behalf of the Levi’s® brand in the U.S. Under a multiyear agreement, GSI Commerce is providing the online technology, fulfillment and customer care operations for the Dockers® online store. Dockers is one of the two unannounced apparel category partners referenced by GSI Commerce in its fiscal first quarter 2006 operating results news release and conference call in April.

Dockersstore.com showcases a broad range of Dockers® branded products. Products available on the site include tops and bottoms for men, women and boys and complementary lifestyle products comprised of men’s ties, men’s underwear and wallets. Special promotions and exclusive product offerings are also planned for the new site.
