Underdog Media Has a New CEO

Jeff Hirsch was most recently President of AudienceScience.

SANTA BARBARA –October 3, 2011— Underdog Media, an online marketing company focusing on meeting advertiser brand and direct response objectives, announced the  appointment of Jeff Hirsch as their new chief executive officer. Established in 2008, Underdog has developed results driven optimization technology, leveraging responsive ad units across publishers, social media, and exchanges.

Hirsch will capitalize on his 16 years experience in online advertising to expand operations and increase market share amongst online advertisers. “Underdog has developed a suite of tools and capabilities that enable a true connection with the consumer,” said Hirsch.  “ There is no doubt that technology is important in online marketing and we also must remember that we are in the advertising business.  Underdog does a fantastic job of merging the science of technology with the art of advertising.  I look forward to building on their success toward Underdog being a key part of top marketers online arsenal.
