Joe Schnaufer Joins cleverbridge as Director of Customer Service, Worldwide

cleverbridge, a global e-commerce provider for digital products, continues the expansion of its operations management team with the addition of Joe Schnaufer as the director of customer service, worldwide.

CHICAGO (June 4, 2010) – cleverbridge, a global e-commerce provider for digital products, continues the expansion of its operations management team with the addition of Joe Schnaufer as the director of customer service, worldwide. Schnaufer has more than 20 years of experience in customer service and call center operations.

Prior to joining cleverbridge in June, Schnaufer held various senior positions in multinational corporations including Ameritech Cellular, T-Mobile and APAC Customer Services. He earned his bachelor’s degree in human resources management from DePaul University.

Based in both Chicago and Cologne, Germany, Schnaufer will lead cleverbridge’s customer service operations across the globe.
