New Web Presence for Canada’s Leading Menswear Retailer Integrates CRM Data from Physical Stores; Sales Associates Can Recommend Items to Their Customers Online

Delivering the same high level of customer service found in the 15 Harry Rosen stores across Canada, the new eCommerce site,which is now live, features state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology that unifies the chain’s online and physical stores.

HarryRosen.com, the company’s new online presence, will mirror the exceptional sales and service that has made the 55-year-old company a legend in Canadian retailing. Sales associates will be able to interact with the customers they have served in their local stores, suggesting products and offering assistance. The site will also leverage iCongo’s Order Management System to coordinate shipping and fulfillment of all orders.

Harry Rosen Inc. accounts for approximately 40 percent of the Canadian market for high-end menswear. The ecommerce site will offer an exciting selection of menswear – including dress shirts, knits, outerwear, accessories and casual clothing – from some of the company’s finest brands such as Canali, BOSS Hugo Boss and Lacoste, among others. Tailored clothing will not be offered due to the personal touch that is required for proper fitting and expert tailoring.
