Two e-retailers tie for top site availability
In December, ColdwaterCreek.com and Williams-Sonoma.com generated an Internet backbone availability measurement of 99.99%, says Gomez.

In December, ColdwaterCreek.com and Williams-Sonoma.com generated an Internet backbone availability measurement of 99.99%, the best among the top 50 e-retailers, according to Gomez.
Gomez analyzed availability and response time from the Internet’s distribution network, or backbone, which is another way for retailers to monitor web site performance.
BarnesandNoble.com, CompUSA.com, and JCPenney.com had the next-highest availability at 99.98%.
