iPerceptions Appoints Len Emmick as Vice President of Global Sales

Technology industry veteran brings 20 years experience in worldwide sales to iPerceptions team

NEW YORK, NY – November 19, 2008 –– iPerceptions Inc. (TSX.V:IPE), a leading provider of web-focused Voice of Customer analytics, announced today that Len Emmick has been appointed vice president of global sales. Mr. Emmick joins iPerceptions with 20 years of executive leadership and sales experience at Air2Web, Infinium Software and Honeywell, among others. At iPerceptions, he will lead the company’s sales team and drive continued revenue and customer growth for its innovative technology solutions that help brands tune in to the voice of the customer in order to understand and improve the online customer experience.

Mr. Emmick has a proven track record of success in building teams that have delivered hundreds of millions in business value. Prior to joining iPerceptions, Mr. Emmick served as senior vice president of sales at mobile marketing company Air2Web. Under his guidance, the sales organization posted significant year-over-year revenue growth for 5 years running while expanding throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to Air2Web, Mr. Emmick previously served as vice president of sales for Infinium Software, where he was responsible for sales and sales operations personnel. While at Infinium, he negotiated and coordinated domestic and multinational deals, as well as developed and managed the company’s reseller channel. He was integral in successfully launching Infinium’s CRM suite, and was acknowledged as a top performer in each of the 5 years preceding Infinium’s acquisition by SSA Global Tech. Mr. Emmick has also held key sales roles at Honeywell and IES where he was again recognized for his top results. He holds a Bachelor degree in mathematics from the University of South Florida.
