Keynote Adds Silverlight 2 to its Extensive Roster of Supported Delivery Technology
Newest Version of Streaming Perspective Makes its Debut at the 2008 Beijing Olympics

SAN MATEO, CALIF., - August 20, 2008 - Keynote® Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), the global leader in on-demand mobile and Internet test & measurement solutions for continuously improving the online experience, today introduced a new version of Keynote Streaming Perspective® with support for Microsoft Silverlight 2, the technology powering online streaming video coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games on NBCOlympics.com on MSN. The upgraded version of Streaming Perspective, the company’s industry leading streaming test and measurement solution, enables developers to test and monitor streaming video that utilizes Silverlight 2 and helps deliver and ensure an exceptional end-user experience.
Microsoft engaged with Keynote prior to the Olympics to utilize the company’s LoadPro® load testing solution. Keynote then worked with Microsoft to incorporate Silverlight 2 into the Streaming Perspective platform and enable Microsoft to continually monitor the performance of 2,200 hours of online streaming video coverage of the Olympics.
