GSI Commerce Selected by iRobot Corp. to Provide Online Stores in Europe

The Two Companies Also Extend Their Multiyear E-Commerce Partnership in the U.S.

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., July 2, 2007 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions, announced today that it has expanded the scope of its current relationship with iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) to include European e-commerce operations. GSI will provide a Web technology platform solution to service the international e-commerce opportunities for iRobot Corp. as the company establishes a direct-to-consumer business in Europe during 2008. GSI also announced the extension to their multiyear, e-commerce agreement with iRobot for the United States, which provides the Burlington, Mass.-based, robotics manufacturer with its domestic online solution that includes e-commerce technology, fulfillment, and customer care for the company’s line of consumer home robots. Additionally, gsi interactive sm, the company’s interactive marketing services agency, provides design services for iRobot’s U.S. online store.

iRobot is scheduled to launch three European Web stores in 2008. The launch of the European online stores will establish iRobot’s direct-to-consumer business overseas.

GSI’s U.S. solution for iRobot (www.irobot.com), which featured a complete site redesign and full integration with GSI’s customer care and fulfillment services, replaced the company’s existing domestic online store in the first quarter of 2006.
