AVENUE A | RAZORFISH MOVES NY TEAM TO NEW FLAGSHIP LOCATION AT 1440 BROADWAY IN MANHATTAN

New York, NY – November 28, 2006 – Avenue A | Razorfish, the largest interactive agency in the U.S., today announced that the company has moved its New York team to a 45-percent larger, new flagship office at 1440 Broadway in Times Square. Avenue A | Razorfish, a local player in the interactive industry since 1995, is an operating unit of aQuantive, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQNT).

“Due to the continued acceleration of the digital industry, we have outgrown our current space, and we’re aggressively seeking more digital marketing and technology professionals to fill our new office and support our expanding business,” said Bob Lord, President, East Region, Avenue A | Razorfish.

The move consolidates more than 300 employees in New York (including 70 positions added so far this year) and three downtown Manhattan offices into one location at 1440 Broadway, where the agency occupies three consecutive floors (18-20). Previously located at 11 Beach Street, 162 5th Avenue, and 107 Grand Street, the new 80,000-square-foot flagship adds 25,000 square feet to the Avenue A | Razorfish footprint in New York, making it the largest of Avenue A | Razorfish’s 16 global offices.

The new flagship office located at the intersection of 40th Street and Broadway in Times Square, the media capital of the world, is blocks away from several Avenue A | Razorfish clients, including CondéNet, JPMorgan, Maybelline, Polo Ralph Lauren, The New York Times, and TIAA-CREF. Steeped in history, this location was previously occupied by industry heavyweights Google and About.com.

The space was redesigned to meet the unique needs of a digital media company with innovative amenities such as an observation lab, persona rooms, advanced media lab, creative studio, online hoteling system, pervasive wireless access, and Internet phones. Employees can also take time out in the 3,000-square foot outdoor terrace, café, library, Mother’s room, and video game room.

At the forefront of the social media revolution, the Avenue A | Razorfish NY team launched an internal Web 2.0 site to manage all communications and to entertain and inform staff about the move. Employees were able to access a sneak peek of the space under construction, floor plans, seating charts, FAQs, a face book, packing instructions, and other useful move-related information – while contributing their own content in the form of neighborhood resource links, restaurant picks, moving questions, and fun, “getting to know you” viral videos. To aid in building upon the cohesive culture of Avenue A | Razorfish, employees’ wants and needs for 1440 Broadway were surveyed months in advance and incorporated into the design process.

Berger Rait Design Associates in New York handled the redesign of the interiors. Newmark Knight Frank, Global Real Estate Advisors, represented Avenue A | Razorfish in the real estate leasing transaction and Icon Interiors managed the construction.
