GERS Bringing New Multi-Channel Commerce V7 Solution to NRF

Demonstrations of the new Multi-Channel Commerce Version 7 (V7) applications that help create great customer experiences in all sales channels available in GERS’ Booth #1819 at NRF

SAN DIEGO, January 11, 2006 – GERS Retail Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, today announced that they will be demonstrating their new Multi-Channel Commerce V7 (Version 7) solution at NRF. New functionalities will enhance the performance of order entry, order management, order fulfillment, and call center applications to create more satisfying customer experiences for multi-channel shoppers. Enhancements include:

• Personalization
• Change-Order and Change-PO improvements
• Greater customer visibility and focus

Retailers now running their multi-channel businesses on the GERS solution include Fred Meyer Jewelers, InFocus, Lamps Plus, Restoration Hardware, The Home Depot, Saks Direct, and Williams-Sonoma.
