HDS Retail North America Selects Fujitsu as One-Stop Resource for Retail Technology

The Fujitsu store system includes GlobalSTORE POS and StoreCENTER software; TeamPoS 2000M terminals; iPAD handheld devices and a complete range of lifecycle services including rollout and ongoing maintenance.

Toronto-based HDS Retail North America (HDS RNA), with more than 325 stores in Canada and the United States, will benefit from Fujitsu`s relentless pursuit in helping retailers reduce their total cost of store technology through deployment of reliable POS hardware, utilizing SmartPoS remote monitoring and diagnostic capabilities and leveraging Fujitsu`s innovative Retainer Plus Services Model. The Retainer Plus Services Model is a collaborative approach that removes low-value activities and costs from the traditional, insurance-driven maintenance service delivery models to create quarterly savings that flow directly to the retailer`s bottom line.
