Car Toys Launches Rewards Program with Loyalty Lab’s On-Demand Retail CRM Solution

San Francisco, Calif. – July 18, 2005 – Loyalty Lab Inc., the leader in on-demand retail loyalty and customer management, announced today that Car Toys has launched a new best-customer program using the Loyalty Lab platform.

The Seattle-based seller of mobile electronics, wireless phones and accessories is rolling out “Car Toys Customer Rewards,” beginning with retail locations throughout Washington. Loyalty Lab will host customer sign-ups and manage profiles and transaction data so Car Toys will be able to identify shoppers who spend $200 in the program and reward them with a $10 gift card. As they spend more, customers will earn greater rewards.
