Sales Executive with 21 Years Retail Technology Experience to Lead Retek`s Integrated Store Operations Team
Minneapolis - April 13, 2004 - Retek Inc. (Nasdaq:RETK) announced today the appointment of Greg Donnelly as vice president and general manager of Retek`s store operations business unit. In this newly created position, Donnelly will be responsible for expanding Retek`s market share in the store operations applications market.

Donnelly comes to Retek after serving as senior vice president of sales for 360Commerce, an enterprise and store-level J2EE software solutions provider. Donnelly directed the company`s global sales team and designed and implemented a global business development strategy, which leveraged alliances and solution providers.
Prior to 360Commerce, Donnelly held positions as national sales manager and strategic business manager at Epson America Inc, System Device Division, where he negotiated deals and increased sales with tier one retailers. Donnelly also held sales management positions with Innovax Concepts Corporation and Sweda, Inc., after Sweda purchased the company he co-founded, Prizm Retail Solutions.
