With more than 1,000 users, XpressCommerce supplies Abercrombie & Fitch’s sourcing department and its vendors access to specific information on the status of all production information, plus the ability for all users to complete tasks online. In particular, the XpressCommerce Process Tracking module enables Abercrombie & Fitch to manage tasks and receive real-time status updates from vendors.
With XpressCommerce exception-based reporting, tracking efforts are greatly reduced for all users. The XpressCommerce solution directly integrates with Abercrombie & Fitch’s purchase order solution, as well as its logistics tracking solution, for end-to-end visibility throughout the entire sourcing process.
