Acquisition solidifies ARGI`s position in the CRM marketplace.
Montvale, NJ July 16, 2003 - Automated Resources Group Inc., an industry-leading application service provider of Subscription and Product Fulfillment, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions announced today the acquisition of YellowBrick Solutions Inc., a marketing automation software company. The acquisition allows ARGI to offer tailored marketing automation solutions to an individual company`s business needs.

The YellowBrick Solutions 1-to-1 marketing automation suite allows companies to realize the benefits of marketing automation quickly and cost-effectively, across one or multiple communication channels. The application supports all phases of the direct marketing process, and includes data readiness and analysis, campaign design and execution, and reporting.
In the near term, ARGI will continue to offer YellowBrick as part of the ARGI integrated solutions suite and as a stand-alone product. ARGI also intends to enhance the combined products in order to strengthen their service offering and take marketing automation to the next level. "Marketing is becoming increasingly more complicated. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
YellowBrick Solutions Inc. will continue to operate, as an ARGI company, under its own name in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
