IBM SECURES WORLDWIDE RIGHTS TO RESELL FIRECLICK’S NETFLAME

Under the agreement, IBM Global Services e-Business Hosting, along with its affiliates, gains limited exclusive worldwide rights to resell the award-winning technology as part of a complete e-business hosting solution. Netflame gives online retailers and content providers a competitive edge in content acceleration, Web measurement and site monitoring. Fireclick benefits from this agreement by extending its distribution reach to IBM’s global customer base. Customers benefit from having a complete Web experience management and content acceleration solution available directly through their trusted hosting provider, IBM.

IBM customers will pay a monthly fee for the Netflame service directly to IBM, who will then share the revenue with Fireclick according to a pre-determined royalty schedule. The agreement will be exclusive for a limited time period.

Fireclick’s Netflame Web experience management service bundles analytics with real-time Web traffic and path analysis, content acceleration and measurement and monitoring, creating a unique solution for managing the site experience, resulting in increased revenue and reduced costs.
