Kelly Sullivan manages the creative team at Richmond, VA-based CWDkids. She oversees catalog and web site production and design for the children's clothing retailer. After more than 20 years, the family-run business thinks of itself as an e-retailer with a catalog—CWDkids—rather than a cataloger with a web site as a result of dramatic growth in online sales over the past five years.
