Web Design '09 Conference Speakers

Kevin Ertell is a veteran of specialty retail and is in charge of the Borders e-commerce web site launched in 2008. Kevin joined Borders in August 2005 after spending 20 years with Tower Records, most recently as senior vice president of TowerRecords.com. Kevin launched the Borders Rewards program and is part of the team that managed the transition of Borders.com from an Amazon.com-run site to an independent site.
