its Customer Respect Index methodology to help companies improve how they treat their customers online. The Customer
Respect Group has conducted evaluations and analyses of more than 2,500 corporate web sites. Terry is an acknowledged
industry expert and widely interviewed on the subject of corporate web sites in a variety of business and general media,
including CNBC, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and CNN. He has been working in the Internet arena from its inception,
and was the president of one of the first Internet IPO's in 1996.
