Rob focuses on store operations and multi-channel processes and technologies. Before joining AMR Research over five years ago, he work for Lids, a 600-store specialty hat retailer, where he led multi-channel system development and marketing by integrating the chain's new e-commerce channel with pre-existing operations. |
