Joseph Ryan brings 20 years of management and executive level experience across sales and business development functions to eClerx. He has worked with both bricks-and-mortar retailers and online retailers in pioneering web functionality. As the web was developing, he worked with Openconnect Systems to create OEM relationships for Openconnect with Cisco, Oracle, Sun to provide legacy-to-web-browser connectivity for on-line banking and e-commerce transactions. He's also held business development positions with Engage/CMGi to provide online clickstream analysis that provided user interest, preference and behavioral information that would drive online advertising and promotional functions to spur e-commerce transactions.
