Online sales are an important part of Spiegel's revenue. With growing sales, the revivified Spiegel decided last year that
it was time to take its web site to the next level. When Spiegel.com was relaunched, the company had completely revamped it,
changing out everything from content management to the checkout procedure and presenting a clean, new design. Its goal was a
more streamlined shopping experience with the most up-to-date technology. This session will feature the marketing chief of
Spiegel.com who will discuss the changes Spiegel made, why it made those changes, how it prioritized the changes and the benefits
it has received.
