This conference, sponsored by Internet Retailer magazine, is America`s largest e-retailing show. It addresses all critical issues facing e-retailers today. The event includes 125 speakers and 325 exhibitors.
This year’s conference features two keynote addresses. The first is “E-retailers dive into the mainstream: How J.C. Penney did it—and why,” delivered by Mike Boylson, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at J.C. Penney. The second is “A mainstream strategy for a web-only retailer,” delivered by Neel Grover, president of Buy.com.
The conference will feature numerous educational tracks containing a total of 72 sessions. The tracks include: technology and design; marketing and merchandising; small retailers; large retailers; Web 2.0; and security, payments and operations. Two special workshops will accompany the conference: one on marketing and another on mobile commerce.
