John Rocco focuses on enhancing the kiosk channel for Canada-based Indigo Books & Music, which operates Indigo Books Music & More, Chapters, The World's Biggest Bookstore and Coles as well as chapters.indigo.ca. John previously was with Loblaw Cos. as director of loyalty and customer development, director e-commerce strategy and implementation for the Retail Banking Division and director of the photo division. He previously worked for McGraw Hill Ryerson publishing in marketing of online training products. He holds degrees in history and education from University of Toronto and University of Kent-UK.
