He advised on several recent transactions involving channel convergence and commerce and media convergence including the sale of Crosswtown Traders to Charming Shoppes and Cornerstone Brands to IAC/InterActiveCorp. He has expertise in multi-channel retailing, cataloging, e-retailing, direct television marketing, direct mailing, specialty retailing and direct selling companies. His previous experience includes tenure at Gruppo, Levey & Co. and Polo Jeans Co.
