The Ever-Growing Challenge of Managing Web Site Content

Customers expect a lot from a web site and retailers want to deliver a lot. But that dynamic increases the amount of content on a site and the challenges of managing all that content. In addition, multi-channel retailers increasingly understand that content created for one channel should be easily accessible for use in another channel—product images, for instance, that are usable online and in a catalog.
