Kim Weller, Principal Consultant, Molecular

Kim Weller is a Rich Internet Applications user interface expert who has applied her knowledge in user experience and interface design to define experiences that solve business problems and generate revenue. Since joining Molecular in 1998, Kim has led strategic user experience initiatives for leading companies such as HomeGoods, Talbots and Staples. She has consulted on several RIA initiatives including T.J.Maxx's Single-Screen Checkout and the Yankee Candle Product Configurator. In addition, her work with Rich Internet Applications has received numerable recognition and awards, and she has presented her expertise at several national conferences. KimÁs career in User Experience Strategy and Design began in the early '90s, as a merchandiser for Crate and Barrel. After completing her Masters in Global Marketing, Advertising and Communications in Brussels, Belgium, Kim shifted her focus to the Internet. One of Kim's most recent projects is Single-Screen Checkout, a solution to reduce online abandonment rate for e-commerce companies Kim is currently working on assisting Finish Line with their RIA interfaces.
