Howard Kaplan has been involved in Internet development projects since the early 1990s. He was a pioneer in designing search engines and engineering content management systems for PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Global Web Team before those concepts were widely understood. As vice president of strategic development, he works with potential clients to create a fit between their needs and Future Now's offerings. He also serves as Future Now's lead conversion analyst, which works with clients to increase conversion rates on their web sites. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
