Kyberpass Licenses End-To-End e-Transaction Security Infrastructure to EVALI Corporation
Asia’s leading validation authority becomes a strategic business partner, making Kyberpass-based solutions available to Asian e-commerce market
SOEUL, Korea and OTTAWA, Canada — April 25, 2001 - Kyberpass® Corporation, a leading provider of e-security software for trusted e-business and EVALI Corporation, a Korean electronic validation authority, signed a formal agreement today in Seoul to jointly deliver, market and maintain Kyberpass TrustPlatform™ solutions for B2B and B2C exchanges to its clients and partners in the Asian e-commerce market.
Under the agreement, EVALI will act as a strategic business partner to Kyberpass, marketing the Kyberpass TrustPlatform suite to the Korean e-commerce industry, which analysts predict will be 19% of the Asian EC market by 2003.
The combination of EVALI’s patent-pending e-commerce consumer protection service and electronic tax invoicing system and Kyberpass’ PKI-based software solution provides a complete solution to organizations wanting to overcome the hurdles traditionally associated with PKI implementation and become PKI-enabled in a matter of days instead of months or years.
