LOS ANGELES - May 2, 2001 - L90 Inc. (Nasdaq: LNTY), the premier marketing,

John Bohan, will be a featured speaker at @d:Tech Los Angeles. Bohan, who
founded L90 in 1997, will discuss the state of the Internet marketing

Bohan will speak on Wednesday, May 3, 2001 at 1:00 PM at the leading event
for Interactive Advertising, Marketing and Commerce. @d:tech, now in its
6th year, will provide more than 4,000 attendees with a forum for learning,
networking and exchanging ideas on how interactive technologies are
affecting the advertising and marketing industries.

Throughout his career, Bohan has demonstrated a keen knowledge and

background in broadcast television, an expertise that he acquired as the
