Surveying and Polling Technology Builds Richer Customer Profiles

The new technology allows Global 2000 companies to reach customers through surveying and polling, enabling marketers to develop highly personalized customer profiles and more relevant marketing segments via email.

How the Survey Technology Works
Netcentives’ email survey technology sends customized questions to individuals when information is missing from an existing customer profile. For example, if all customers in a given segment joined a program at different times, existing profiles may have different pieces of information for each customer. The survey technology will automatically query existing customers with the questions relevant to each individual. Once completed, an evolving and increasingly comprehensive customer profile enables companies to build loyalty through relevant, personalized interaction.
