Reverse logistics company Newgistics Inc. has named Bill Razzouk as CEO. Razzouk is former chief operating officer and executive vice president of Federal Express, where he spent thirteen years and was involved in building the sales and marketing operations.
"Reverse logistics is a rapidly growing supply chain component and I am excited to be joining the company that is the industry leader," said Razzouk.
In addition to his experience at Federal Express, Razzouk has also served on the boards of directors of La Quinta Hotels, Cordis Inc., and Fritz Companies, a third party logistics provider which was purchased by United Parcel Service. He was also chairman and CEO of PlanetRx.com, an Internet pharmacy that raised more than $170 million in private and public markets. Razzouk is currently on the board of Waste Connections Inc.
